Refund Policy

Refunds for unused hours may be issued only if proper notice is given in advance to cancel tutoring session. Please refer to Cancellation/Late Policy section.

Cancellation/Late Policy

In the event that Client must cancel a scheduled tutoring session, a 24-hour notice is required. With appropriate notification, make-up tutoring sessions will be made available for said Client. If appropriate notice is not given, a re-scheduled session will not be offered or refunded.

It is recognized that some illnesses can cause sudden cancellations. If a sudden cancellation is due to an illness such as this, a make-up session may be given at the discretion of Tutor. If Tutor must miss a session due to illness or emergency, Tutor will contact Client as soon as possible to arrange for a make-up tutoring sessions.

If Client is late to a session, the session will still end at the regularly scheduled time, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered for the time missed. The Tutor is only required to wait 15 minutes for a late session, and the session will be considered canceled and not subject to a refund.
