Whether it is reading, writing, or math, your child will be engaged in activities and lessons that correspond to foundational and essential concepts and skills to move towards greater understanding and confidence. Your child’s individual interests are taken into consideration to provide extra incentive, motivation and fun while learning! Your child’s education is taken seriously, but is delivered in fun child centered way!

Approach

An age appropriate learning approached is used that incorporates a multi-sensory approach. This multi-sensory approach includes use of concrete manipulatives, visual supports, mnemonics, paired with verbal instruction and practice. Examples of manipulatives for math include unifix cubes, place value chips as well as Elkonin boxes and phonetic objects for reading younger students. This also includes visuals from place value charts and fraction cards to prefix and suffix charts for older students.
